Car hits moose because driver was distracted by another car that had also hit a moose moments earlier. Also 3 other cars hit moose on that road on that morning. All in all it was a no good very bad day for cars, and moose.

I hate moose. I encountered on just to the side of the road at night once. It was terrifying.

They’re way too goofy to be terrifying.

Wrong answer. They’re massive . And have stabbing utensils on their head. Terrifying.

You are 100% wrong. Moose are ill tempered as fuck.

Sure Bison’s are even bigger, but a Bison is usually a happy camper and does not care about you.

A moose’s default setting is that it hates you.

And they are miserable bastards that hate everything. Moose will charge you for almost no reason.

The moose in Interior BC mostly just knock over patio furniture and get their antlers caught on tree branches, and fall over when they try to hop the fences to get into the orchards. If you see one here, it will either awkwardly run away or leave you alone.

They’re massive with awkward antlers that get caught on trees and stuff. Also, they’re incredibly uncoordinated when trying to run around corners, thus having a tendency to knock over patio furniture (if it’s plastic, it isn’t going back in one piece no matter how much superglue you have), trip over orchard fences, and occasionally get lost on golf courses (seriously).

Right. Massive and uncoordinated. Not terrifying at all if you encounter one on a road, then. Sorry, but I’m going to have to disagree with you here.

You just pull off to the side, stop, and wait for it to move along. Usually happens to me once a month or so in the winter.
